              摘要聚氨酯硬泡是一類綜合性能優異的高分子材料,具有導熱系數低、比強度高、尺寸穩定性好等諸多優點,被廣泛應用于各個領域。然而,未經阻燃處理的聚氨酯硬泡屬易燃材料,燃燒產生大量有毒氣體和煙霧,因此,聚氨酯硬泡的阻燃研究仍是當前研究的熱點。37318
              本文采用含雜環結構的多元醇制備了聚氨酯硬泡,采用含磷氮的反應型阻燃劑對其進行阻燃改性處理,并借助氧指數儀、熱重分析儀、動態力學分析儀、萬能試驗機以及掃描電鏡等現代分析手段,系統的研究了聚氨酯酯硬泡材料料的耐熱性能、阻燃性能、動態力學性能、力學性能及燃燒后表面炭層形貌等綜合性能。結果表明,隨著磷氮型阻燃劑添加量的增加,阻燃聚氨酯硬泡的泡孔尺寸變大,且密度有所下降,極限氧指數也隨著阻燃劑添加量的增加而增大,實驗范圍內提高了2.5%;然而,阻燃聚氨酯硬泡的起始分解溫度、玻璃化轉變溫度與壓縮強度均隨阻燃劑添加量的增加而有所下降。

               Effect of Reactive Flame Retardant on the Flame Retardancy of Rigid Polyurethane Foam
              Abstract
              Rigid polyurethane foam (RPUF) is a series of polymer materials with excellent comprehensive properties. It is widely used in many fields on account of its low thermal conductivity, heat resistance and excellent dimensional stability. However, it is flammable when it was not improved by flame retardants, which results in the release of toxic gases and smoke when it is burning.               In this paper, a novel polyol containing heterocyclic structure was selected as a matrix resin to prepare the RPUF with excellent thermal stability, the reactive flame retardant containing nitrogen-phosphorus was used as flame retardant to modify the RPUF. The related researches including the oxygen index apparatus, thermogravimetric analyzer, dynamic mechanical analysis, universal material testing machine and scanning electron microscope have been carried on by analyzing the flame retardants which affect the thermal stability, flame retardancy, dynamic mechanical properties and the morphology of char-layer. The results show that with the cell size of the RPUF was increased with the increasing amount of the flame retardant, the density decreased, and the limiting oxygen index also increased 2.5% with the increasing amount of flame retardant; however, the initial decomposition temperature , the glass transition temperature and the compressive strength of the flame retardant RPUF decreased with increasing amounts of the flame retardant.
