              摘要:本設計是處理牛皮紙板箱造紙廢水即制漿造紙廢水的設計,污水量為1 萬m3/d,CODcr=4000mg/L、BOD5=800mg/L、NH3-N=30mg/L、TP=10mg/L。
              經過對各生物法處理工藝的研究比較,確定采用SBR 工藝以及當出水水質達不到排放標準時采用后續的三級處理,以達到脫氮、除磷、降解有機物,獲到更加干凈清澈的出水水質的目的。SBR生物反應池是通過污水不斷經過進水期、反應期、沉淀期、排水排泥期、閑置期這五個階段,來達到污水凈化處理的目的,最后污水進入三級設備消毒池,進行消毒處理,以到達進一步凈化水質的目的。37501
              根據確定的工藝流程,設計通過對格柵、曝氣式沉砂池、調節池、混凝沉淀池、SBR 生物反應池、消毒池和污泥濃縮池等構筑物的主要尺寸的設計計算、水力損失計算及管路的計算,完成設計說明書、工藝流程圖(含高層布置)、平面布置圖和主體構筑物單體圖。
              本設計具有技術上可行、經濟上合理的效果。投資費用為2068.65萬元,運行費用414.48 萬元/年。每噸水處理費用為1.12 元。本設計具有基建費用及運行費用較低,對現有設施的改造較容易,運行穩定,占地面積小,處理效果較好,二次污染少等優點,確保污水處理能夠達標排放。污水處理構筑物整體布置緊湊、合理,以實用和美觀相結合的總布成花園式污水處理廠,采用目前國內成熟、實用的處理工藝。
