              我國蔬菜銷售模式及對農戶經濟效益分析

              摘要:常熟為蘇南地區重要蔬菜種植區,本文通過調研常熟市瓜類蔬菜生產銷售情況,分析蘇南地區現有銷售模式及經濟效益,擬優化現有銷售模式結構,形成高效、可復制的瓜類蔬菜銷售模式。蘇南地區現有蔬菜銷售模式為農戶+合作社;農戶+企業;“互聯網+” ;農戶+經紀人四種。合作社模式質量參差不齊,組織化程度低;企業模式將蔬菜粗加工,增加蔬菜的附加值;“互聯網+”模式處于推廣階段,暫無盈利;經濟人模式是常熟最主要的銷售模式,蔬菜周轉快、成交量大,但收購價低。我們得出結論,適宜常熟市農戶的模式是良好農村合作社模式下的經紀人、企業或互聯網+模式,即合作社對社員生產進行統一把控,統一銷售,減少流通環節,提高經濟效益。 37258

              The Vegetable Sales Mode in China and Economic Performance Analysis——Take Changshu As a Case Abstract:  Changshu is an important vegetable planting region in south Jiangsu province.In this paper,we account for the production and sales conditions of melon vegetables in Changshu.Then analyze the up-to-date sales mode and economic performance. Nowadays there are four main sales modes at home and abroad,respectively are Rural broker;Integrate with agricultural base & supermarket;Rural cooperatives and E-commerce.However,the economic performance of each mode is still incomprehensive.The mode “Rural Cooperatives”,which don’t have a nice and equal quality,is an efficient mode in the west countries,but its organizational degree in China is confused.Mode “Integrate with Agricultural Base & Supermarket” put up the profit by processing vegetables.“E-commerce” is a new mode in China,which is now under development,with little profit. “Rural brokers” is the most stable mode in China.Vegetables can be sold fast,without any overstock.The problem about this mode is the price.The profit is not much for the farmers.In conclusion,the soft way for the famers in Changshu is the Rural broker;Integrate with agricultural base  & supermarket or E-commerce mode based on a well-managed Rural Cooperatives mode.On other way,it means the Rural Cooperatives should take charge of every production.
